Family Health Services of Darke County, Inc. is a not-for-profit community health center located in Greenville, Ohio. Our mission is to help our patients “build healthy lives” for themselves and their families.
Janell Claudy started Family Health Pharmacy in May 2002. The pharmacy began because of concerns that patients were not taking their medications due to high costs. The pharmacy is a participant in the 340B program, allowing the pharmacy to provide low-cost medications to low-income patients.
The pharmacy is actively involved in patient counseling, presenting community medication awareness programs, Medicare Part D programs.
We offer a discount drug program on the majority of our generic medications.

Family Health has also established a patient assistance program. The patient assistance programs are offered by the pharmaceuticalcompanies to provide medications to the uninsured and to the patients who cannot afford to buy their medications.
A patient advocate is on staff to assist patients and their providers to obtain medications based oneach pharmaceutical companies guidelines.
